Infant Sleep Consultant – Booking Policies
To provide the highest level of service and maintain clarity for all families, please review the following booking policies before securing your session:

  1. Booking & Payment
    All bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

Full payment or a non-refundable deposit (as specified per package) is required to confirm your session.

Remaining balances (if applicable) must be paid prior to the start of services.

  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    Cancellations must be made in writing (email or text).

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled session if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to additional fees.

  1. Service Packages
    Packages are customized based on your family’s needs and sleep goals.

Unused consultations or support time must be used within 30 days of the initial consultation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Package upgrades may be requested at any time and will be billed accordingly.

  1. Communication & Support
    Ongoing support is provided via email, phone, or text (as outlined in your selected package).

Support hours are typically between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Weekend or after-hours support may be available upon request for an additional fee.

  1. Client Responsibility
    Clients are expected to implement agreed-upon strategies consistently for best results.

Please communicate any changes in your baby’s health, environment, or routine, as this may impact sleep outcomes.

  1. Refund Policy
    Due to the nature of the services and the time and planning involved, all services are non-refundable once commenced.

If unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., medical emergencies), services may be paused and rescheduled at the consultant’s discretion.

  1. Confidentiality
    All personal information shared during consultations is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of supporting your infant’s sleep development.
